Bulk feed truck, also known as bulk feed transport truck, feed transport truck. Simple structure, reliable performance, large throughput, easy control, strong mobility, no pollution to materials and other characteristics, widely used in the feed transportation of small and medium-sized breeding enterprises.

It is mainly used to transport bulk feed products or raw grain for feed production from feed mills to livestock farms, poultry farms and feed processing users. At the same time, it can also be used to transport some non-corrosive granular raw materials, such as pharmaceutical mills and grain depot turnover.

The bulk truck's feed tank is mounted on the chassis of the truck, The special facilities are composed of tank assembly, conveying system (horizontal discharge system, vertical discharge system and movable discharge system), bulk feed truck tank hydraulic system (the three output ends of high-pressure oil pump pipeline and distribution valve connected to the valve are respectively Angle hydraulic motor, lifting cylinder and horizontal discharge, vertical discharge and movable discharge hydraulic motor connected in series), bulk feed truck tank Electric system, pneumatic division mechanism, etc. A gate is arranged at the bottom of the tank, and a horizontal screw conveyor (commonly known as a horizontal mixing cage) is arranged below the gate. The force extractor is driven by the output power of the automobile transmission, and then the high-pressure oil pump is driven to drive the hydraulic system. The hydraulic motor of the bulk feed truck tank drives the blade shaft and blade rotation of the horizontal screw conveyor through the transmission device. Feed is exported through a movable conveyor system (commonly known as a movable churn). The roof of a movable discharge Hank can be free to turn and lift, transport the top of the screw pipe lying flat on the top of the tank; When discharging, lift the bulk feed truck tank so that the discharge port at the end of the pipe and the feed door at the top of the storage tank in the livestock and poultry farm are connected and aligned to complete the discharging.
